Ammad Ahmad, co-founder & Chief Strategy Officer, is Scale-Up Entrepreneur of the Year Finalist
LONDON, ENGLAND, 30th July 2019 - Ammad Ahmad, co-founder & Chief Strategy Officer at Atheneum has been shortlisted for Scale-Up Entrepreneur of the Year at the NatWest Great British Entrepreneur Award. He is one of eight finalists in the UK recognized for their business acumen and entrepreneurship.
Formerly a management consultant, Pakistani-born Ahmad majored in Computer Science as an undergraduate at the University of Texas, Austin and later pursued a master’s degree at WHU - Otto Beisham School of Management. His adaptability, confidence and networking skills enabled him to build a robust network in addition to gaining prominent professional experience. Prior to co-founding Atheneum in 2010, Ahmad was a Senior Management Consultant at Kaisser Associates where he advised select Fortune 500 firms.
Having identified the challenge that businesses face in gaining access to reliable data and expert intelligence, Ahmad has driven Atheneum’s global expansion to 10 offices across four continents, opening the London office in 2014 – currently Atheneum’s most valuable market. The firm’s Global Insights Platform to provide a gateway to reliable industry knowledge, offering multi-sector expertise from a global network of experts to clients across the life sciences, financial services, strategy consulting and corporate spheres.
