Atheneum appoints Louis Lemieux as new Global Head of People & Performance

NEW YORK, NY, USA, 13th January 2025 – Atheneum, a leading global expert network and SaaS provider of B2B research and insights, announces the appointment of Louis Lemieux as Global Head of People & Performance.

Lemieux will be responsible for enhancing employee experience, performance, and development initiatives while optimizing organizational systems and strategies. 

Lemieux joins the firm offering 25 years’ experience in Human Resources spanning SaaS, private equity, venture capital, public relations, and entertainment. His multi-sector expertise equips him with invaluable insights into people, processes, and technology – elements that will be crucial to developing Atheneum’s internal processes. Lemieux joins Atheneum from Resilient Management, where he was Global Chief Talent Officer & Chief of Strategy & Growth. He has also held senior roles at Ascential and Edelman.
