As an accomplished cybersecurity professional with a robust background in leadership and strategic implementation, I currently serve as the Founder and CEO of OutThink, a pioneering Human Risk Management Platform in London. My passion lies in transforming organizational approaches to cybersecurity by focusing on human behaviour, which is responsible for 90% of data breaches.
Previously, I held the position of Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at the Bank of Ireland, where I crafted the UK cybersecurity strategy and led initiatives to reduce risks while enhancing stakeholder relationships.
My experience also includes serving as a Practitioner Panel Member at the Research Institute in Science of Cyber Security (RISCS) at UCL, where I contributed to innovative research techniques in the field.
