AMD has been the S&P 500 Index’s best performing stock of 2019. It has been trading above a number of analysts’ 12-month target price with no indication of decline according to sources. Recent gains are being linked to the delay of Intel’s 10-nanometer Ice Lake Xeon Scalable Processor.

M&C Saatchi shares have plummeted as announcements of FY adj. pretax sales have been ‘significantly below’ expected levels and compunded by the resignation of co-founder Maurice Saatchi. In addition to this the FCA recently made a formal request for information regarding how the firm disclosed accounting problems. Over the last month share prices have lost around 35%.

Roku is the largest aggregator of ad-driven TV and film content and is expected to report roughly $850 million of total advertising revenue in 2020. Sources claim a doubling in revenue could be on the cards for Roku, given an 86% increase in revenue from $399m in 2016 to $743m in 2018. Despite this share prices have fallen around 6% in the last month.

According to sources Marvell’s focus on 5G infrastructure and stronger strategic positioning have better placed them against competitors Broadcom and Intel. Furthermore, the recent acquisition of Avera has given Marvell presence in remote radio units with application specific integrated circuit capability.

EVR Holdings’ MelodyVR is to be offered to O2 customers in the UK. This is in addition to the on-going 5G partnership currently in place. MelodyVR will now have access to a consumer base of around 25 million users. Gains of around 20% have been made in the last month.
